Everything You Need to Know
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We gladly accept returns. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery. Post items back to us within 21 days of delivery.
We do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
Due to the nature of these products the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective -
• Custom or personalised orders.
• Perishable items.
• Digital downloads.
• Intimate items. (For health & hygiene reasons.)
Conditions of return - Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
HOW DO I KNOW MY RING SIZE?
An inclusion kit will be sent out to you with everything you need to send your inclusion to us safely. This will include a ring sizer with directions of use.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY?
An aftercare leaflet is sent out with all orders. It is paramount that all advice is followed.
You may also find it under the aftercare tab at the top of the homepage.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY INCLUSION I SEND TO YOU?
We only require a very small amount, most of which is sent back safely with your completed order. We only work with one order at a time to completely avoid cross contamination.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
•You decide which beautiful piece you like and order it.
•An inclusion pack will be posted to you to send us your elements. All instructions are included within the pack. A ring sizer is included for sized rings.
• We ask that you return your pack back to us promptly using The Royal mail special delivery service. This provides a fully tracked next day service for your precious inclusion. We kindly ask that you cover this to allow us to keep our prices as low as possible. Keep your proof of postage safe. We do not accept responsibility for lost packages. Never send your inclusion untracked.
•Once we receive your inclusion pack back we will process it and add your order to the que.
Please check your royal mail tracking number for on update on your inclusions arrival with us before contacting us.
• Once we have completed your order we will dispatch your item and send back any unused inclusion safely.

Our kits are sent discreetly as we know many of our customers order our jewellery to gift.
Feel free to send us any photos of your loved one if you are happy for us to post this on our socials. You can send a copy of this to sales@cumbriakeepsakes.com. Please do not send original copies via post.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Turnaround is currently 5-6 weeks. Due to the current climate and parcels taking a little longer to arrive please wait 7 days after dispatching before contacting us.
