Turnaround is currently 5-6 weeks, you are accepting this upon ordering. Delays can happen for many reasons, usually due to stock issues with third party suppliers. If this does happen you will be contacted and advised. Dates given are estimates only.

You are accepting full responsibility for posting your inclusion kit back to us safely and accept that should they go missing in transit, steffanie marie sentiments is not liable.

You have 24hrs to change your mind. After this period we are not obliged to cancel/exhange/refund your order.

You are provided with 12 months warranty for your inclusion stone only. We do not repair items you have damaged. However if we suspect aftercare has not been followed and the damage to your stone has been caused by yourself we reserve the right to void your warranty and refuse free service. In which case a fee will be discussed.

You are responsible for the return postage costs.

If inclusion kits are not sent back to us within 6 weeks we reserve the right to refuse refunds.

Aftercare must be followed per our instructions. Aftercare leaflets are sent out to you and can also be found on our website.

Orders can only be sent to the address provided on the order.

One off special offer pieces receive 12 months warranty on the inclusion stone. However if damage has been caused to the setting they are non replaceable. You are accepting this upon ordering a special offer discounted piece.
Avoid all chemicals coming into contact with your jewellery. Such as hand sanitiser, perfume/body sprays, body lotions, sun lotion, body washes/soaps, chlorine, harsh jewellery cleaners, cleaning products.

Remove your jewellery before bathing/showering, sunbathing, working out, entering a sauna or sunbed.

Store your jewellery seperately from other jewellery in the grey pouch provided for you. Store away from direct sunlight, chemicals and extreme heat.

Never use abrasive materials on your jewellery. Such as tissue, tissue paper, towels etc. Use only a silver polishing cloth.

Warm water and a very small amount of mild washing up detergent is sufficient for cleaning your jewellery.

Allow your jewellery to air dry after cleaning, then use a gentle circular motion with your silver polishing cloth to remove any water marks.

Avoid over adjusting of adjustable rings. Constant bending and removal of adjustable rings will weaken the metal and cause them to snap.

Adjustable rings are not advised to be worn as thumb rings due to snagging on clothes etc. They will eventually snap.

We use the highest quality jewellery resin available, however all resin can yellow over time. Please follow strict aftercare to prolong the beauty of your precious stone.
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Memorial Jewellery from us. However, as each product is custom made we cannot offer a return unless:

a) the product does not match the order, or

b) the product is faulty

If the product(s) delivered does not match your order please contact us via email (steffaniemariesentiments@yahoo.com) outlining the problem and we will arrange the return of the said goods. Please remember to indicate your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under.

If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product such as a manufacturing fault, then a photograph as well as description of the problem should be emailed through to steffaniemariesentiments@yahoo.com

A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any work being undertaken. If you need to cancel an order you should contact us as soon as possible within 24hrs. Due to the short turnaround times we try to work to, your order may have already gone into production.

If an order has been placed by the customer and subsequently produced by Steffanie Marie Sentiments a refund will not be offered on cancellation as the goods are obviously custom-made using the ashes supplied by the customer.

Finally, you have our word that we'll always do our very best to ensure that you are happy with your Steffanie Marie Sentiments Keepsake Jewellery. Our business has grown by word-of-mouth recommendations and we'd like to think that we're nice people and always do the right thing.
• Pick your jewellery & Read the description carefully.

• Choose your colour & encasement option. Please note we cannot accept colour changes after you have ordered.

• Checkout. Remembering to leave us any relevant notes. (Such as if you require your jewellery for two different encasements.)

• We will send you an inclusion kit to enable you to send us your inclusion safely. This will include a ringsizer for sized rings.

• Send us your inclusion pack back via a trackable service and keep your proof of postage. Please check your tracking reference if you would like to know when it has arrived. Unfortunately we can no longer update everyone of arrival due to being extremely busy.

• Once your order is complete, we will send any unused inclusion back to you safely with your order.
